concerning considering the price
November 2, 2025The management here used to be bad until they got a new one and now it’s even worse. The maintenance team is AWFUL. I waited 4 MONTHS for a dishwasher, the apartments are leaky to this day from a storm that happened over a month ago. The pool, gym, and dog park have been shut down for weeks (no amenities for weeks, pool and gym been closed for over a month). I’ve lived here for over a year and do not have closet doors (that they claimed had been ordered when I moved in)They have roaches in the ...apartments and the gym (they do pay for pest control which helps). The neighbors always are bumping music so it’s never quiet. Overpriced for the extreme lack of amenities, maintenance, and quality of apartmentsProperty Manager Responded

Unbelievably bad

All the staff cares about is putting money into their pockets, they can’t even answer the simplest of questions and not to mention how rude they are considering they don’t know what they’re talking about. Roaches Roaches Roaches
August 6, 2022I wish I could give them 0 stars. These apartments are infested with roaches. We lived here almost a year and it’s been miserable. They have made our 1 bathroom unusable, and we find them in the kitchen and all over our clean dishes. The manager does nothing to fix the infestation, and doesn’t appear to even care. I can’t wait till our lease ends and we can move out I wouldn’t recommend Talavera to anyone.Property Manager Responded
