Quiet, Clean and Friendly

My family and I moved in last year. We have two children 9 & 11, a dog and a cat. I have to say that the community is very quiet, no loud Friday or Saturday nights. The landscaping is very well maintained and if we had a problem, maintenance was very quick to handle it. The front office staff were always polite and helpful. I didn't know the area when we moved here last year for our jobs, so we were looking for a place to stay for a year until we decided on the area we wanted to live. I ...
think Talbert Woods was a decent place to live for the price. I would recommend it to someone else in my situation.

Unhappy with current apt.

I would not advise anyone to lease at Talbert Woods in Mooresville, NC. It is kind of a zoo here, and when I call the office to complain about something like noise or parties, etc. they tell me to call the police ... that is their job. We have cars racing through the parking lot, not stopping at the signs, etc. I plan on leaving here when my lease is up!

Convenient and well worth the price

This community is very quiet and extremely close to restaurants, shopping, downtown, and the lake. The buildings and landscaping are well maintained, and staff is very helpful. There is a pool with lounge chairs and tables, a playground for the kids, a pond with a walking trail, and a dog park. There is ample parking space and everyone is friendly. The apartment itself is updated with new cabinetry and appliances, and everything is in working order. If anything needs to be repaired or looked at, ...
maintenance staff is very easy to get ahold of and they take care of any problems quickly. Overall, this is a great place to live if you are planning on renting.
