Not what it use to be
February 19, 2026It was nice when I first moved in but now the new leasing mangement is horrible. My apartment was bug infested and the valet trash would rip the trash bags or spill and wouldnt pick it up. It is almost impossible to get ahold of the leasing office as they state they are always "understaffed" People walk dogs off leash. I do not recomend living here!Review from Apartments.com
A quiet community
May 28, 2024I have lived here for three years and have no issues with my small unit. It was clean when I moved in and is easy to keep, and sufficiently large for one or two people. The management is helpful and address questions as promptly as possible. The management also ensure the grounds are adequately kept and tidy. Pests have not been an issue at all for me and the community is generally quiet and safe to stroll about in. The residents enjoy the pool and other amenities.Review from Apartments.com
Professional Staffing
December 19, 2023I am a new tenant here and while the property may be older the staff more than makes up for where the property may need some updating. The staff is very attentive, open to suggesstions and are truly trying to polish this property back to it's orginal luster. Emma, Evelyn, Jessica (Asst property mgr) and LuAnn (proepty mgr) are great to work with (see I know them all by name). There are tons of complexes out there but you want to work with people who are willing to work with you. Also, the ...valet garbage p/u is 5 days a week. Where do you get such service?
