May 21, 2025Miss Rachelle is one of the sweetest mangers I've met! Both the mangers are super attentive and have helped me a lot when I moved in. The whole process was so smooth I couldn't be happier. The Maintenace is also same day, which is super amazing I barely have to worry about how long I need anything fixed. July 13, 2023I’ve been here about 2 almost 3 years now, and love it here! The atmosphere is very friendly and surprisingly quiet, which is so nice. Maintenance is always done in a timely manner and done well. Pest control comes every month. The front office always provides a quick breakfast every Thursday morning and the staff are all so sweet and accommodating. I’ve literally had no complaints since living here. All around good choice
July 13, 2023Lived here for almost two years, maintenance is fast, property is in good condition, management is responsive. The units themselves are good quality, not the newest appliances but not old either. Only downside is that you have to pay for laundry, but the complex laundry room is in good condition too and not expensive. Convenient, Friendly, Affordable!
June 22, 2023My roommate and I have been living off campus for a couple of years now. Since moving out, we moved into Taliesin's Falling Water location, now into their 2x2 Redwood location. Both units have been wonderful and I couldn't ask for a better place to live while being a student at SFA. It makes the commute to class so easy by being just across the street.
