You will not be disappointed. The area, the cleanliness, the girls in the office all wonderful. Only drawbacks are maintenance isn’t in a rush unless you call the office. Greg was the only one that completed maintenance but he moved. Hoping Melisa and Kayla stay, they are a breath of fresh air.

The neighborhood we live is is nice and quiet, neighbors are all friendly .the house is beautiful and has an amazing view of the water from our windows .our only complaint is the lawn service doesn't do that good of a job but that is not the rental companies fault

Over all love our community,great neighbors and peaceful street, staff is very responsive and helpful when we have needed them .the only few complaints I have is the lawn care company does not do a quality job at all , also I have been the only one that cares to maintain the common area by the lake .
