Employees are more worried about clout then managing a complex.
February 16, 2026My experience with management has been extremely disappointing the staff are often rude and unprofessional, and communication has been handled poorly from the start. Rather than speaking with residents directly, or sending proper communication via email, they leave notes taped to doors. Meanwhile, maintenance concerns - such as unsanitary conditions in the hallway that have not been addressed remain unresolved. The office is rarely staffed, making it difficult to locate anyone when issues ...arise. Overall, employees appear more focused on creating content than properly maintaining and managing the property. i would not recommend this location based on my experience and I have been living here less than 6 months.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 11, 2025I just moved into Tall Timbers a couple of weeks ago and have been loving it. The building is brand new and modern. Everyone here, staff and residents, have been very nice and friendly. I highly recommend this apartment complex and community!Property Manager Responded
