June 19, 2025The maintenance worker that completed the repair was awesome. I was at the hospital with my husband when i got the call and my dog was not secured cause we left in such a hurry. The gentleman was very polite and offered his sympathy and assured me he had met my dog before on previous visits and could get the repairs done no problem so I could stay and focus on my husband's recovery. It really helped get my home back to functioning and not take me away from my husband's recovery. It was awesome ...to come home to light in my kitchen. This was all also on my birthday which added to my stress. Thank you for not only getting the job done but helping release the stress of it. The grounds are very well maintained and include flower patches as well as flowering shrubs. March 27, 2025Taluswood is a wonderful place to live. Excellent management and maintenance services, frequent upgrades (mailboxes , gym , playground ,etc). Apartments are nice and roomy. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained except for tenants who don’t pick up after their dogs and persistent smell of marijuana . Rental rates are consistent with the area. There is a creek running through the property surrounded by trees and the singing birds in the morning and evening is an added bonus. When any outside work is going to be done on one of the buildings the residents are given written notice in advance. Both the maintenance crew and office staff are always friendly and helpful.
