November 17, 2022The apartments are brand new with Samsung appliances. The rooms are very spacious. I love the kitchen island and front washer and dryers. The move in special was a bonus. Carrina was so awesome with us from the application to getting approved to moving in. She answered all the questions I could think of. She was very pleasant to work with. Pricey and Noisy
January 15, 2022I have lived here for two years, since they first opened. i am sad to say that we moved to another apartment due to noise. The new apartment was no better. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everyone's conversation. Dogs barking and and talk about Door slamming vibrates the entire floor. Omg what a nightmare. The prices keeps going up and the tenants are nasty. Poop all over the walkways, no one cleans up after their dog. There are dog bags and they will let their dogs poop right ...buy the dog poop bags. Trash all over the outside of the community because people throw their trash in these small garbage cans and if it is full, the throw it on the ground. It is unbelievable. LOVE IT!
February 1, 2021I moved into Tamarac Village approximately 1 month ago and my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The apartments are spacious with beautiful finishes and 2-toned cabinets. The complex is also very clean and the staff is amazing ,maintenance included. Carinna in the leasing office is always the sweetest and super efficient. I am looking forward to the rest of my time here. Wonderful place to live!
January 30, 2021Beautiful community! I’ve been living here since November in a one bedroom, one bath. I dealt with Alejandro and Patrick before moving here, and they were very kind and efficient. I love that everything is brand new, upgraded appliances, a spacious kitchen, big bedroom and an awesome Roman tub in the bathroom! The outside is also very lovely with lots of foliage and a great pool area! The entire staff, maintenance and office, are all very friendly and helpful and they know me by name! If ...there’s anything I need they’re quick to respond and take care of me. The neighbors are also pleasant and I’ve already gotten to know a few of them.. January 14, 2021Best decision we have made so far was picking Tamarac Village as our home!! From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed by Staff memeber Carrina, she is friendly and charasmatic.The moment she showed us the actual apartment that would be available for us we agreed it would be the one. Wonderful upgraded appliances, vaulted ceilings, and spacious walk in closet,not to mention beautiful master bathroom. We are extremely pleased with Tamarac Village.Property Manager Responded
