Terrible
November 6, 2021Hadn't lived here for a week and found a roach in the kitchen, paint all over the floors they refuse to clean, dog hair everywhere, terrible repairs on the interior. Looks like they just paint over all the problems. Wouldn't be surprised if they painted over mold. Way overpriced for being way outdated.Review from Apartments.com

Love it here
May 27, 2020I live here from May 19 to May 20. The staff is amazing. My apartment was roomy and maintenance was always speedy. I left because I wanted to relocate out of town. I recommend to anyone needing something affordable. No issues with neighbors and even living on the 1st floor it was a quiet stay.Property Manager Responded

August 11, 2015Bottom floor apartment with two bed and two bath. With a screened in porch. I'm stationed at Ft Bragg North Carolina. July 21, 2015I moved to Tamarack on the Lake this month. I am so happy that I did! First of all, I moved from Michigan, so I could not see the apartments before leasing. But what I saw online was accurate! The apartment was beautiful and appeared exactly how it looked online. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone. The office staff was able to handle all of my paperwork by email and postal mail, so I didn't have to apply in person. It is a quiet area, the neighbors are friendly, the staff is ...extremely courteous and helpful. The maintenance man even gave me free furniture when he saw that I didn't have any! The property and facilities are great and well-kept! And I haven't had any problems with pests. Tamarack on the Lake has surpassed my expectations, so far!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
