Worst mistake in 10 years
January 12, 2023The condition of the apartment was nauseating. I moved from out of state into the apartment sight unseen and after 20 days I paid to break lease when management continuously refused to acknowledge the poor condition of the apartment. My scheduled meetings were met with empty offices.Property Manager Responded

August 16, 2015My apartment is great. Reasonably price, even with mandatory cable. The apartment is spacious and has plenty of storage. The kitchen is massive and has an island. A great feature for those who enjoy cooking! Each apartment unit also comes with a washer and dyer. The location is located south side of Lincoln, NE. Location, Location, Location
August 2, 2015Tamarin is a well-built apartment in a perfect location. Within a 5 minute drive of grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and sports bars, and a large mall, it gives the very best that south Lincoln has to offer. The staff is helpful and takes care of any problems promptly. The floorplans are spacious and the finishes used in the apartments are very nice.
