July 2, 2021My mother has been renting here for 3 years, recently her new upstairs neighbors are so loud that she when to the leasing office to complain. They did nothing about it and claimed she would just have to call the police or just keep complaining so there’s a paper trail. The insulation is poor, management changes once a year. Management is sloppy, maintenance people never show. It’s too expensive to live in apartment building where when you’re silent in your apartment you can hear your neighbors ...talkingProperty Manager Responded

Maintenance Never Shows
May 6, 2021The management behind these apartments is terrible. We have 6 times requested maintenance to fix and issue in our unit. 4 times they no called no showed, 1 time they showed up 4 hours after they were supposed to with no notice and the 6th time they showed up and did nothing and told us it was fixed,It was not! Would not recommend living here to anyone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Property Manager Responded

September 25, 2015Thanks to Apartment.com, I found Tamarron Apartments. Moving from a single family home to an apartment was very stressful. Tamarron Apartments homeproperty manager and team were so professionally outstanding that it really eased my transition. The home property manager and team address routine items within 24 hrs. The apartment complex and community is very clean. My beautiful apartment has granite countertops, electric range with single and dual burners, spacious living room with a balcony ...and much more. Tamarron Apartments is very pet friendly in welcoming cats and dogs, and all residents do pick up after their dog. For your recreational activities the tennis court, swimming pool and grilling areas are available for residents and their guess. Some of the best local businesses within walking distance are Homegoods, Gold Gym, The Greene Turtle, Shoppers Food and Domino's Pizza. Tamarron Apartments in Olney
August 13, 2015Nice apartment for a good price, as far as the area is concerned. It's within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, and grocery stores which is really nice. They opted to put in a breakfast bar instead of a wall with more cabinets which really opens up the living room space. The grounds are kept clean, and there are plenty of receptacles that have dog doo bags. Apartment management is good about responding to any complaints, we had a neighbor with several loud dogs and management ...handled the matter. My only complaints are that the maintenance staff, while timely, sometimes does not investigate the issues as thoroughly as I would like and I have problems with wifi connection in my room.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
