Don't rent an apartment here, even by mistake
May 9, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI wish I could give negative stars because this apartment complex truly deserves it. The management is completely indifferent to the needs of tenants and seems to care only about money. The neighbors are extremely noisy, and the management does nothing to address these issues. The leasing office staff are useless and don't care about tenants' complaints. Don't rent an apartment here, even by mistake.

All the staff in the office, Matt, Kristy, Heather, and maintenance team are all amazing! They provide great customer service and are on top of any problems that I have experienced. March 24, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comAny time I have an issue the staff here listens and offers help. They go above and beyond what other apartments do for their residents. I've rented in really nice areas and areas worse than this one and this complex has the best staff by far. Maintenance is quick and friendly. The girls in the office are so nice and welcoming. Heather and Kristy's energy just makes the whole place awesome. You can tell that they really value their renters and try to help us make the place feel like home.

Shelly is the manager I’m not gonna say oh she’s so nice because it’s really more of being a humane individual. She will listen to you and actually care ! Angie is the same and Christy to ! But christy has awesome energy ! Maintenance comes as soon as you call them which is awesome I just really wish we had our pool that’s probably the most bummer now being that it’s summer time !!l

The manager that i spoke to and gave my 30 day notice letter have a golden heart (sorry i forgot to ask her name). She listened, she understand and she is very considerate. Very good for the price, clean, but old
June 1, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comMy partner and I lived there for 2 years in a townhouse (2019-2021). Size was good, new stove and freezer, they even changed our door when we told them it was too old. Management is kind of nice (not all of them). We enjoyed our time there but there are some downsides: we couldn't received amazon packets because they were immediately taken, but the worst part was the neighbors, some are really nice people, but some families fought every single night, fortunately police was always around (because ...is 10 minutes walk from UNLV). Energy was cheaper than other places around. We saw one cockroach when we moved in, we inform them and one week later pest control were there and they continued doing their thing for the next two years, we never saw an insect again, but you need to allow them to go inside at least 2 times per years and fumigate at not extra cost (in other places you need to pay for that every month for a year), they also clean your carpet once at year for free. We received almost all our deposit when we moved out and the list of damages were exactly what we expected. Overall, was a cheap place for a couple of students and we never had serious issues there. If I was an student again I will lived there again so I can save money.Read More
