I found out that they are remodeling many of the apartments and that's why they were refusing to fix anything, so you would move out. Also, make sure to document any conversations with management, take photos. Do not try and call for anything, they will never return your calls. If you think you can handle it, it is in a good school area and in decent walking distance.
