    I have been living at Tangi Lakes now for a few years, and I can say my experience so far has been top notch. Maintenance is taken care of quickly and the maintenance staff is absolutely wonderful. The office staff is always on site and always happy to greet and take care of anyone that walks through those doors. To say that living at Tangi Lakes is like taking a breath of fresh air is an understatement. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood to call home, Tangi Lakes is your place!

    do not apply to this place. the property manager is extremely passive aggressive as well as a liar. they do not communicate (i had to call them multiple times to hear any news about my application). i applied about a month ago & had to pay $185~ to do so. after i applied, i called after a few days (because i did not hear anything from them) and they let me know i was denied due to insufficient income. then, i added a co-signer (another $80) and again called after a few days and was told i was ...
    approved. after about a week, they sent me an email stating that i was denied due to something on my co-signer’s credit (they knew about this when they approved me) and sent back only $100 of the money. they then proceeded to say that i misunderstood and that they never told me i was approved. from the start, the property manager was very crude and seemed very uninterested in helping. whenever i spoke to her the first time she didn’t even let me explain myself before saying “well, it would help if i knew who i was talking to” in a very condescending tone. as well as many other things on top of that, including the last time i spoke to her where she explained that i was never told i was approved and i never got an apology for the misunderstanding.

    i’m a college student at southeastern i lived here for a year. The people in the office are fake nice as in nice until stuff doesn’t go their way. maintenance is great, always nice and get their quick. The pet fee is ridiculous because you don’t get it back and it doesn’t cover any damages the pet does. Other than that it’s a nice place.

    I just called this place, just to get some information about the property and the person who answer the call was very rude, she didn't even let me finish my questions before she interrupted me to "say there are no units available", I asked about their website, " we don't do that". Her tone was very rude, condescending and nonchalant. I hope she was just having a bad day and this is not how calls are received daily.

    it was a great apartment in a college town. you have to be wary of who moves in next to you bc it will normally be college kids who want to party all night with loud music. other than that, the apartment itself was nice, clean, and the staff was incredibly nice. maintenance people are great and timely. the pet fee per animal is a bit ridiculous, but if you talk to the owner he is more than willing to let you pay the fee monthly in your rent.

    I have been living at Tangi Lake Apartments for 8 months and i cannot speak highly enough of how well this property is managed. Maintenance rides around on golf carts and all you have to do is put in an online request they try to take care of it on the same day! Great location and this complex is quiet and peaceful. Best apartment i have ever rented!
