Was great for one year

Been here 4 years and the pool has been open for one season. The rent goes up and the tenants gets worse and worse. Shootouts and there are kids in one building that like to rip open the neighbor's and throw the mail around and chase animals with sticks trying to hurt them. Another tenants blasted their car radio until 3am in the morning. Another has people over that shoot at people and will sit there and do 60mph in the parking lot while trying to do burnouts. This place has gone from ok to good ...

to bad all in 4 years. Rent at your own risk. This will probably be the last year for us. We will be looking to spend more on rent to live somewhere nice and safe

Since going under new management, the management has a very negative attitude towards the renters. They stop remolding and painting just to start evictions on a lot of renters. They never fix any issues on time. Some of the apartments has mold in them and nasty carpet throughout the apartment. Management never answers phone calls nor return calls. She sits in her office a will not open door for renters. My mother and I have weakened floor in the kitchen for months that still needs fixing, and we ...

This is a nice place and I have a good apartment. I think the rent is reasonable considering the size. Also the location is very good. I really like the new manager Vernice! They are cleaning up the property. I don't use the pool but it looks good and I bet the kids like it. I would recommend this place to others to rent.

I have lived in my current apartment for less than a month. Tanglewood was a blessing to me. I was looking for a month for a place to live within my budget and they popped up in my search. You can't find a place now that includes water, cable, sewer, and trash in the monthly rent rate. And you definitely can't find a place that will care about you as much as Bob and his office manager, Kathy do. Bob hooked up my washer and dryer for me while I was at work!
