Refused to give me my deposit back.
November 7, 2019Apt was left spotless. I was involved in a terrible car accident and spent 5mts in various hospitals. A good friend took care of everything for me and left the place in fact cleaner than when I moved in! A simple request from me recently for my deposit has been ignored. Why am I not surprised in this day and age.Property Manager Responded
December 5, 2019We are saddened to see this review after working closely with this resident following the mentioned accident to make sure they were not overcharged for the fees of cancelling a lease before it ended. We appreciated the limited time we had with this resident!
