January 14, 2021Very content as tenants at this property. The townhouse is a manageable size with efficient layout, not huge but not small either. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher all supplied in unit was a huge plus for us. All units have a fenced in patio that vary in size. Ours is smaller size but still a great size, plenty of room for a full set of patio furniture. I never hear my neighbors while inside so the units seem pretty private and soundproof. Great that we have two dedicated parking spots as opposed ...to just one. Complex grounds are definitely well cared for as well as there is a free pool (closed due to covid but still cool), a gym and a large basketball court. This place is great for pet owners as there is plenty of space to walk your dog and is just all around very dog friendly which is a huge plus. The complex manager is incredibly kind, obviously hardworking, and very capable. They were very helpful and accommodating to us for the move in process, allowing us to get on a waitlist for a unit until one was open for us. They also had a super cute move in package for us as a surprise when we moved in.
