Great Apartment
January 24, 2022Nice apartment, great service at the office from vicky, kathy, and Daniel the maintenance guy super efficient and kind, the unit is very clean and just fresh painted little details are done by daniel and we are extremely happy with our new home, just 5 minutes walk from my kids school is great, location just 5 minutes drive to a great shopping center in arroyo crossing.Review from Apartments.com

April 25, 2021In the beginning when I first moved in the property manager was understanding and made sure to have whatever I needed fixed, over time she was replaced and the new manager is beyond rude and does not listen or care about your issues I had no ceiling fan in my room for 2 months because it wasn’t an emergency and I still had ac, with COVID I understand maybe a couple days delay but waiting 2 months is ridiculous. Not to mention the worst ant infestation ever the first few months, there was so many ...red flags I should’ve seen before moving in but I hope this helps anyone considering moving in. They will never answer the phone when you need them, And if they do it’s because you’ve called over and over until they finally answer you , worst place ever way to over priced for such small space and just not worth it, time after time it’s been issueRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
