Please don't waist your time with this place. Do your research before looking into these apartments. My family has lived here for a few years and our appliances haven't worked correctly if at all. The manager has the biggest ego and if you ever have an issue she threatens to rip up your lease and bullies you until you either move or let the issue go. If you persist with complaining she will do everything in her power to make you miserable until you leave. If you have appliances that don't work ...
she will have the maintenance staff "fix the issue" which more often than not doesn't work. The apartments are full of Embery-Riddle students and a good number of them are rude and party at all hours. They also house a number of Muslim students who have assaulted veterans and women here and again the manager does nothing. The office staff is ok. Bonnie is the only one who is willing to try and help but is often shot down by the manager Denette. In the end Denette is all about profit and not about making this a better community. I would advise anyone looking to move here to look some place else and do your research about this place. Many of the complaints revolve around Denette. Many of the positive reviews are often her posting them and not former residents.
