Tara is falling apart

Literally one of the worst places I've ever rented, found black mold in the dish washer on move in. Had the down stairs toilet flood into kitchen area anytime my neighbor flushed the toilet. Took them a month to finally hire a professional to fix the issue after they cut a hole in the wall and didn't fix it after doing so. them to replace but they didn't. Also upon moving out I was sent charges to fix the hole they put in the wall and many other things that were already wrong caused by the maintenance crew or already broken upon move in. So I am currently fighting with collections and Tara to get everything straightened out. If you are unfortunate enough to live there and move in take pictures and document everything no matter how small. I would advise not even considering moving in to these apartments. It is not the same owner as previously. The new owner of the apartments is only interested in the money and not the tenant's or their family in my opinion.
