December 22, 2017The Staff is friendly however they just got new owners this year 2017. They rebuilt the decks however they will raise your rent $50-$150 every year so beware of that this year to probably pay for the new decks. The apartments overall are nice size but the appliances are out dated along with the counters. During the winter year major drafts come through the front door and windows so get use to using your heat a lot plastic on windows help but front door and sliding door your pretty much screwed. ...Parking is kinda a issue more cars then parking spots. Tara Hills Villas
August 13, 2015Best place ever! I am handicapped and the rooms are large enough to allow my wheelchair access. The maintenance man knows about everything and fixes any problems the same day. They gave me my own handicapped parking space. The grounds are beautifully kept. They haven't raised my rent in 5 years. They screen applicants very well so we have no problems with neighbors. It's close to everything. I have never felt so safe as I do here.Review from Apartments.com
