Middle of the Road
September 23, 2015The best part about this apartment is the location, which is definitely what you're paying for. It's is located in the desirable Hyde Park, within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. However it is a bit pricy for the small size and amenities. There is one small coin laundry per 12 unit building, which is always full or broken. You get one free parking per building but an additional spot is $50 a month, and there is rarely street parking available, unless you cross the busy 4 lane ...road. The apartments are run by a huge real estate company, UpTown rentals. You can pay online and they are very responsive to emails and maintenance (which is good because it seems like there are constant maintenance issues). It's in a great location but I don't think it makes up for the high price, small place and lack of amenities.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
