May 29, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comBeen here for years, they are constantly nickel and diming you. Despite the greed, the laundry often doesn't work, the parking lot floods, the internet goes down constantly, and the rent will continue to increase. If you email the manager anything, she will just ignore you. For instance, my complaints about my $400 electricity bill and $85 spectrum bill. On top of this, there has been a massive increase in suspicious characters around the area, including a prostitute that propositioned my ...friends while they were leaving late one night. April 10, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI'm going to have to move because the poor insulation means my electricity bill is ridiculous, and a shady backroom deal with spectrum brought my internet bill from $35 to $80 (WHICH YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO PAY, INTERNET IS $80 A MONTH HERE), and the manager just doesn't do anything. Some people pay $300-$400 for electricity a month here, and the washers and dryers are down a good amount of time.Property Manager Responded

unsafe living conditions. complex is neglected
