I hate it here
May 29, 2024Been here for years, they are constantly nickel and diming you. Despite the greed, the laundry often doesn't work, the parking lot floods, the internet goes down constantly, and the rent will continue to increase. If you email the manager anything, she will just ignore you. For instance, my complaints about my $400 electricity bill and $85 spectrum bill. On top of this, there has been a massive increase in suspicious characters around the area, including a prostitute that propositioned my ...friends while they were leaving late one night. No one cares about this place or keeping it livable, find somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

April 10, 2024I'm going to have to move because the poor insulation means my electricity bill is ridiculous, and a shady backroom deal with spectrum brought my internet bill from $35 to $80 (WHICH YOU WILL ALSO HAVE TO PAY, INTERNET IS $80 A MONTH HERE), and the manager just doesn't do anything. Some people pay $300-$400 for electricity a month here, and the washers and dryers are down a good amount of time.Property Manager Responded

Stay AWAY!!!!
February 23, 2024This property is not managed at all and is not worth your time! But then they will charge you all these hidden fees on top of the high electric bills. Be prepared for no maintenance work to ever be done. Lawn never mowed and to never have contact with the office. One of the worst properties I have ever dealt with.Property Manager Responded

unsafe living conditions. complex is neglected

Our electric bill stays below 100 and (at max it's been about 100 and at min it's been 45) and all other bills seems fair as well.
