July 15, 2025Most of the time, the office is closed and no one is available. When other management companies owned this property, everything was well-maintained and clean. Now, the laundry machines are frequently out of order and extremely dirty—no one cleans them. Previous management used to clean them daily. Key fobs often don’t work, and the common areas are very dirty. This year, the pool opened very late, even though the lease states that residents should have access throughout the entire summer, not ...just for a month or so. You end up paying a lot of money to live here but receive nothing in return. Francesca, the general manager, never replies to emails, and no one seems to care if you have an issue with your apartment. I had to contact the City of Worcester just to get a problem resolved. Do not make the mistake of moving here!Property Manager Responded

We would like to assure you that we have a dedicated onsite cleaner responsible for maintaining the laundry rooms. If you notice that they become untidy after they've been cleaned, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can address the situation promptly. As you are aware, there were no rent increases during the pandemic due to the moratorium restriction in place. However, due to rising operational costs, a rent increase has become necessary to allow us to continue essential repairs and maintenance throughout the property. Regarding the FOB keys, our third-party vendor is currently handling the matter and will continue troubleshooting the ongoing issues. We understand how inconvenient this can be and appreciate your patience. June 30, 2025This complex has gone downhill since Arrowpoint Properties took over. It’s obvious that this company does not care about its tenants. The pool isn’t open and it doesn’t look like it will be anytime soon. The key fobs haven’t worked for a week. The grounds and common areas are a mess.Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2024It feels like Tatnuck Square has continued to decline despite managements best efforts. I am giving this review a 3 solely on the basis of that effort. Residents are disruptive in the stairwells, running, shouting, and littering. The laundry rooms are left littered and trash pikes up as individuals use the lint-bins to discard other items. The equipment in the dog park was mishandled immediately, leaving two broken pieces in the space that have not been removed. Dogs are often off-leash despite ...property & city ordinances but it seems like the rules are only informed for certain people. The grounds are littered with snack wrappers and food that is not picked up. Also, while walking thr grounds for fresh air you will encounter the strong odor of marijuana despite not being allowed on property. The pool is lovely, there are dumpsters & on-site laundry, many friendly neighbors to chat with, and the apartments themselves are good sized. November 16, 2023I love everything about living here. The neighbors (with one previous exception when we first moved in) are amazing. The office people and maintenance people are great to work with. The area is very convenient and I have never felt unsafe (unusual considering we're in the middle of a city). Rent is mostly affordable. And I love that it's pet friendly.Property Manager Responded
