HORRIBLE
February 2, 2022Hate that I have to even give one star. Do not suggest moving here unless you enjoy being told something different every time you call the office. The gate on the gated community is always broken. The pool was barely open all summer. There is trash and dog poop everywhere. No one follows the speed limit and finding parking is near impossible. Neighbors are always blaring loud music. The office staff is rude. It is overall a horrible experience.Property Manager Responded

If I could give it 0 stars I WOULD.
July 26, 2021My husband and I lived here for about 6 months. Just recently broke our lease, it’s overpriced for what you get. From the moment we moved in we had roaches, worms, and any other type of bug you can think of. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here. We actually was told by a maintenance man who also lives in the apartments that “it’s no way around the bugs” I’ve stayed in plenty of places before moving here and never had any issues with pests.Property Manager Responded

Worst plce i have ever lived!!
October 16, 2017If u love substandard living, these are the apartments for u!!! Location to Fort Stewart is the only good thing about living here; this complex is full of dog poop, parking is horrible, and more importantly they do not conduct routine maintenance. U will walk through filth daily since they never ever clean the stairwells. Even when u make requests, maintenance blows through, maybe. Lighting in the apartments r horrible as well and the air does not work correctly. PLEASE ASKE TO SEE THE ...APARTMENT U WILL MPVE IN, pay special attention to the paint, cheap appliances, countertops and especially the Stairwell u will live in. Better yet choose another complex all together, this one sucks!!Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2015This apartment is very spacious! I love the gates community and the pool and gym access. It is very close to the back gate of Ft. Stewart. Only thing I didn't like about the place is that it didn't have build in lights you had to have lamps in every room except kitchen and bathroom. It is also over priced! A one bedroom is almost 1,000.
