same layout, the difference was that the one we would get wasn’t newly refurbished and since we wanted to move in swiftly, that left no opportunity to view it before our move in date. So the day we moved in was our first view of the place, and let me tell you, we were both amazed and pleasantly surprised! We walked into a very nice, clean, and well taken care home. Honestly, I would not have known it wasn’t newly refurbished if I wasn’t told it because everything looked new and even sparkling; the fridge, oven, overhead microwave (which is so neat because it is custom and functions as an overhead vent for the stove top as well), and all other appliances had like not even a speck of dirt on them and look no older than two years max. The carpet is so clean and soft and the hardwood floors are smooth and radiant! On top of that, the windows are big and let a lot of light in, with an automatic lock feature when you close the window, and blinds that are easy to operate! Very nice indoor lighting with overhead fans in the kitchen and dining room. Generous bathroom with mirror vanity that has a ledge and drawer, as well as a spacious bathtub/shower that has a detachable shower head. All in all, everything was excellent and we are excited to call this new place our home!
