March 10, 2024I’m living at Taylor apartments , they turned down heating and some cold days it is turned off, unfortunately office is not respond , most tenants have to buy heater that causes mor paying for electricity, it’s not fairReview from Apartments.com
7 years with Nothing but good things to say.
December 18, 2019I lived at Taylor Gardens for 7 years while I was in a PhD program at Rutgers. The 1 bedroom apartments have more than enough space for 1 or 2 people to live comfortably. Parking is available in lots adjacent to the buildings with assigned spaces for each apartment and I've never had trouble finding parking for guests on the street. I called maintenance once in 7 years for a leaky faucet which they fixed promptly. The staff in the office has always been courteous and professional and quick to ...respond. I've had a great experience living here!Property Manager Responded
