Infested development
March 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThis is one of the most infested and unpleasant places I’ve ever lived. There are serious issues with giant roaches, rodents, and mosquitoes. I’ve contacted management multiple times about the mosquito infestation, but all they do is come in, spray briefly, and leave without actually resolving the problem. It got so bad that I had to buy a net just to sleep at night. Please don’t choose this place just because it’s $100–$200 cheaper—it’s not worth it. The walls are extremely thin, and you can ...hear every single step your neighbors make. Be prepared to hear loud and uncomfortable noises from upstairs at all hours. Management is also very disappointing. They are quick to charge fees, but slow and ineffective when it comes to addressing tenant issues. Overall, this has been a frustrating and uncomfortable living experience.Read More

December 18, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI lived at Taylor Gardens for 7 years while I was in a PhD program at Rutgers. The 1 bedroom apartments have more than enough space for 1 or 2 people to live comfortably. Parking is available in lots adjacent to the buildings with assigned spaces for each apartment and I've never had trouble finding parking for guests on the street. I called maintenance once in 7 years for a leaky faucet which they fixed promptly. The staff in the office has always been courteous and professional and quick to ...respond.
