November 2, 2024From my perspective it’s a good location. Quiet being adjacent to a park. Not too far from 695 and I-95. Plenty of local shops nearby. The grounds are well maintained. Fenced in dog park has been frequently used by me. Noise levels are a bit lower than traditional residential apartments. Maintenance staff and management are all top notch.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2024My apartment is severely infested with rats. I place that glue traps all over my apartment and then have to kill the rats when they get trapped. It's been a very unpleasant experience. The service response has been hostile. We were being blamed despite the fact that I keep my apartment clean. The numerous cracks and holes under my sink finally got filled so hopefully the entry point has been taken care of.Review from Apartments.com
