Disaster
May 4, 2019When i first moved here, management kisses butts to make sure your happy until you call and complain about a broken appliance or non working outlet. Then they never reach back to you, and are very quick to ask for their money and send letters. Neighbors are loud and rude and are always smoking pot. They make 1000 excuses why maintenance still hasn't got the job done. Top of it all, everything in the apartment is outdated and they never clean around the complex. Railings are filled with bugs and ...cockroaches but then they tell tents if there are pests its our fault. But they have to clean outside too. I can go on, but im too busy packing boxes now. Becareful of this complex, it a disaster. Fyi. The good reviews are from the management teamProperty Manager Responded

Ask Tennants about this place first
September 12, 2018All you have to do is go up to one of the tenants or go up to about three or four of them before you move here or decide that you want to. That's the best thing to do. Absolutely the worst place ever. Trouble with neighborhood behind Apartments. Management never wants to take responsibility 4 problems or issues. Current managers probably the worst yet. Don't take anybody's word writing these things on here just go ask the tenants look at the property look how high the grass is if you see five ...star reviews for this apartment complex trust me it's playing it I moved out of here few months back still have friends at apartments they say it's worse than ever don't take my word for it go check them out ask people outside no one would ever give this place a 5-star review unless they were trying to rig it. I noticed where the manager will respond to the negative ads but that's his or her job. So much wrong with these places from top to bottom the insides of these apartments are plain and datedProperty Manager Responded
