I’ve lived here for 3 years. Maintenance staff and office staff are wonderful and very friendly. Any issue have always been quickly resolved. Neighbors are friendly. Quiet area. Highly recommend.

Don't move here,maintenance goes in your apartment without notice,property management is very rude,the apartments are roach infested,rent increases every 4 months,this apartment complex is full of drugs, gangs and violence,

Hello, Thank you for expressing your concern. Resident satisfaction is a priority for all Dominium properties. I sincerely apologize for the negative experience you have had/seen so far. We can assure you that we have noted your specific concerns and are working at this time to resolve them. We have our pest control company visit Taylor Pointe Apartments frequently to address and spray buildings as needed. We only enter your home if there is an emergency without notice otherwise, we do give a 24-hour notice that we will be entering your home the following day. We also work with the Indian River County Sheriff Dept to report any illegal activity that is brought to our attention.
