Horrible place to live

I don't normally bother to leave reviews, but Telegraph Hill is an absolutely horrible place to live. It's impossible to talk to anyone in the front office; they never answer the phone and the office closes randomly for no apparent reason.
The water gets shut off with very little notice 2-4 times per month because of "plumbing emergencies."
My apartment flooded twice while living here because of plumbing issues. There is no one manning the emergency maintenance phone after office hours, so you ...
have to leave a message and hope someone gets back to you while your apartment fills with water in the middle of the night.
There are roaches everywhere. The entire complex is infested with them.
At the end of my first year, they increased my rent by 16%. The did not make any significant improvement to my apartment or the complex to justify such an egregious increase.
Do not live here, the property managers will not care about you and only want your money.
