Price has drastically gone up with no improvement. Difficult to get in touch with JP Management. Non residents are parking in random spots in the parking area all the time. JP management also removed the enter and exit signs to the apartment complex and never replaced them which almost caused me to get in into an accident since a car exited in the entrance side. They removed the safety awning with no plans of replacing it. The only plus side is the hardworking supervisor.
