Worst landlord ever
August 8, 2016The landlord is a horrible person. Charged me more rent every month always had an excuse for changing prices. Won't fix any mantinence problems. Won't pay for the bug man and it's full of bugs.Property Manager Responded

Horrible apartments
August 8, 2016These apartments are ABLSOULTEYL DISGUSTING. The carpets are decades old, the cabinets and counter tops are plywood that has water damage and has been spray painted. There are roaches everywhere, they smell like year old cigarettes and the owner is a total creep. He showed us his office and said it was the same so we filled out applications which he made us put down a deposit with our applications and told us we could have it back if we didn't like the apartment. When we finally got to see our ...apartment it was nothing like the "model" it was disgusting and when we asked for our money back he said he couldn't because he had to hold the apartment. He is a scam artist and will take your money. No matter how "affordable" these may seem do not live here.Property Manager Responded

We have changed the carpets to tile, changed kitchens, in the units leased out to residents and we pay for the pest control now! We're here to serve our residents.
