June 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comA great apartment community. The location to both Boston and suburbs is optimal. The amenities are valuable and high-quality. The units are high-quality, too. I've really enjoyed living here and would recommend it. The only drawbacks are that the parking is very limited and the entry/exit is congested during rush hours (but still better than living closer to Boston, so the trade-off is a fair one).Property Manager Responded

It's a fantastic community: great quality units, great value for the money, great amenities and staff, and great location to Alewife. I highly recommend. The only downers are the parking, which is very limited, and traffic since Rt2 is a busy road during rush hour on certain days. All-in-all, the decision to move here was absolutely the right one. The unit itself is clean, bright, and well-maintained, with modern appliances and a layout that feels comfortable for day-to-day living. The community is generally quiet, and I appreciate the secure entry and well-lit hallways. Maintenance has been responsive so far—any small issues I noticed during move-in were fixed quickly. The location is definitely one of the highlights; it's close to grocery stores, cafés, and public ...transit, which makes errands and commuting a lot easier.
