This place is soooo worth it! I met with staff and saw the apartments then asked some people I saw in the complex about things to gain perspective. The responses were all positive but what did have me place a reservation was that much of what I they told me was the same the office staff had; this was most reassuring.

Do not sign a long term lease

I lived at Tempo for over 19 months and had to move across the country for a job. I thought renewing my lease for a second year would count for something but instead: I have paid rent for the past 4 months without actually living in the Apartment and been charged amenities fees yet I do not live in CT anymore to partake in any of those amenities, I have been paying utilities including water and sewer. It is one thing to pay for gas and electric because those things have to stay running but I do ...
not see why I still have to pay for water and sewer without using either for the past 4 months. The most egregious of all is that I had to pay for April Rent yet the apartment has been re-leased. I have never heard of any complex holding a unit for a month and a half but I guess they are able to do that because they have me paying for the unit without living in it anyway. So be advised it is not worth the trouble.

My job has moved me around quite a bit over the last few years and I've lived in quite a few communities, but none as great as this! The amenities are top notch and the girls in the leasing office are extremely sweet and helpful. The community events are frequent and are great to meet some of the awesome people that live here as well. Very happy with my decision to move here.. thanks Jessica!

We just moved in last month, and honestly if I could give this place a negative rating I would. It’s been only a month and I am regretting already. I think it was the worst decision I have ever made. The prices are way to expensive for what you get. Asked about light bulb replacement, only to hear back that we have to replace it. Asked about blinder, only to hear back that we have to get our own. Management doesn’t care about you, nobody who works here knows what is going on. It’s an absolute ...

Tempo Evergreen Walk is a beautiful, tranquil and peaceful community. I cherish living here.
The staff is always welcoming, courteous, professional and ready to help and support. You guys make our lives comfortable here. The care and prompt service for renters is much appreciated.
The club house and grounds are always kept clean. I enjoy living in and coming home to clean and safe community after long days of work.
The gym is open 24 hours every day it is like having a private gym to myself.

location is perfect, in the midst of shopping centers, restaurants and major stores yet isolated from the hustle and bustle of the traffic and noise. I enjoy the proximity and convenience.
Management keeps the office open and stays beyond closing hours of 6 pm weekdays with the residents in mind. I appreciate this very much.

A home away from home

I have lived here for almost a year. The apartment feels like living in an upscale condo. The Club house comes with a cinema, game room, state of the art gym and much more! The pictures do not do it justice.The staff is awesome and the amenities are wonderful. I can walk to Evergreen Walk, my dogs love it and I get to relax each day I get home.
I would recommend this place to anyone.
