Affordable rent, but you get what you pay for! Thin floors/ceilings, unresponsive management that can't bother to pick up a call, noisy exterior environment with kids always running around unsupervised. No guest parking whatsoever.

I’ve only been here for less than a month, I am not sure if I would renew my lease due to the amount of trash that is around my building and inside. I love the layout of the apartment but cleanliness is importance to avoid any pests or wildlife.

Overall experience is good, management could do a better job answering phones or emails and maintenance could improve on response time. But nothing major, both management and maintenance do take care of residents needs. Property is at convenient location close to shooing, dining and schools.
