The bulk of the rating goes to Linda and Daniel in the leasing office. We lived at Ten Trumbull for 13 months. Had to move out due to a relocation.
Linda stands out as far as our experience with leasing consultants go. The day we moved in, there were a few things that were not in order with our unit. (To be fair, I blame most of it on the pandemic pre-vaccine). Our water filter on the brand new refrigerator had not been installed and the super was off for the day. Linda collected some bottled
...water from the clubhouse, and personally brought them to our unit. Win!
We took advantage of the Cinema Room frequently. If some item from the amenity space was missing, Linda was on it immediately.
Daniel joined the team after a few months of us living there. He was a great addition to the team!! Linda had already established as our go-to person however.
You will see some reviews out there about the construction and parking issues. Yea, there were some. The pandemic delayed install of the carports and they were put in (major project by the way) over the course of about 4 months.
You will also see some reviews out there about conditions of the complex. Most of the problems are because of inconsiderate and lazy neighbors. Not necessarily the office's fault, but probably could have done a little more to enforce the rules and fines for those neighbors.
Now that most of the major projects that were delayed because of the pandemic are done at this brand new community, I see that they are trying to get the little things right, consistently.
The trash and recycle area is a bit small for the number of people in the complex, that is biggest complaint in the community. More picks ups and enhanced weekend coverage would be beneficial. Include the amenity fee, one carport, and one assigned space in the rent. Feels less like being nickle and dimed.
