5 Stars for the leasing staff
January 15, 2022The bulk of the rating goes to Linda and Daniel in the leasing office. We lived at Ten Trumbull for 13 months. Had to move out due to a relocation. Linda stands out as far as our experience with leasing consultants go. The day we moved in, there were a few things that were not in order with our unit. (To be fair, I blame most of it on the pandemic pre-vaccine). Our water filter on the brand new refrigerator had not been installed and the super was off for the day. Linda collected some bottled ...water from the clubhouse, and personally brought them to our unit. Win! We took advantage of the Cinema Room frequently. If some item from the amenity space was missing, Linda was on it immediately. Daniel joined the team after a few months of us living there. He was a great addition to the team!! Linda had already established as our go-to person however. You will see some reviews out there about the construction and parking issues. Yea, there were some. The pandemic delayed install of the carports and they were put in (major project by the way) over the course of about 4 months. You will also see some reviews out there about conditions of the complex. Most of the problems are because of inconsiderate and lazy neighbors. Not necessarily the office's fault, but probably could have done a little more to enforce the rules and fines for those neighbors. Now that most of the major projects that were delayed because of the pandemic are done at this brand new community, I see that they are trying to get the little things right, consistently. The trash and recycle area is a bit small for the number of people in the complex, that is biggest complaint in the community. More picks ups and enhanced weekend coverage would be beneficial. Include the amenity fee, one carport, and one assigned space in the rent. Feels less like being nickle and dimed. 5 rating - Linda and Daniel!!! 3- Rent (would be higher if misc. fees were rolled into it) 1- Amenity Fee 1 - Carport fee 5- Dealing with the issues the pandemic presented 2- Dealing with the neighbors who disregarded conditions of their lease. Great Place to Be
November 9, 2021We have been here for seven months and really love it! The apartment is comfortable and new and the complex offers great amenities! We utilize the fitness center and shared work space almost daily. The office staff is very helpful and are always looking for ways to make the lives of the residents better through what they can offer. This is an excellent place to be. It's YOUR home!
September 28, 2021I came to this property as a recommendation from a different apartment complex in the area. This IS a wonderful place. Anyone that thinks it is not lovely, luxurious and safe was only living here temporarily (and/or during covid). When I moved in, there was still some construction on the remaining buildings, and it was in the middle of the height of COVID. The management made me feel very warm and welcoming and I acknowledged their efforts, as it must have been difficult to make anyone happy ...during covid. I only stayed a year (moved out of the area), but during my stay, they addressed any maintenance concerns (which were very few), and the place remained clean and safe (the security people always waved and greeted folks - smile). There are plenty of wonderful amenities for residents and their guests. My move in/move out was smooth, and I will miss the staff as well as the great social gatherings (I'll especially miss Ice Cream Emergency!) Hope you enjoy living here as much as I did! DO NOT MOVE HERE
September 5, 2021The worst management, Ignores any concerns. Increased my rent of a one bedroom apartment by $227/ month. Constant construction where I have to park across the street and walk to my building. Cars get broken into. It says "gated" but the gates have been broken for about 6months now. BEWARE: Not Luxury Living
July 17, 2021While the units and the design is resort like, Ten Trumbull is disappointing. It is the developer and management company that fall short here. The gates don’t work; the design to let guests in is ridiculous as they have to get out of their car. The landscaping is a mess; as are the grounds. The garbage area is too small and needs to be compacted. Some buildings are having ant issues and the apartment cooling/heating is not balanced right. The on-site staff are fabulous; but 2 ...maintenance men are not enough. There needs to be at least 3 with weekend coverage. The front office can’t fix anything because corporate won’t give them leeway. It is a shame. I wouldn’t mind paying the premium I pay if these things were fixed.Property Manager Responded

Like living in a resort!
May 20, 2020Currently searching for a two-bedroom apartment. I’ve toured a few properties, but my experience at Ten Trumbull was amazing. The leasing consultant was very helpful and friendly. The community is gorgeous and the location is even better! If you are looking for a brand new apartment in the Trumbull area, I highly recommend visiting them.
