It’s unique location hidden away, off one of the most recognizable streets in GA, Old Peachtree Rd, but so near to any & everything being so close to Interstate 85..a plus no matter how you slice it. Another big value is the community itself..it’s beautiful with great lighting & fixtures.. The biggest standout however are the ones who keep the property running at optimum levels, and I’m speaking about the maintenance team & the ...leasing team..that’s it .that is why Ten45 is the place To be..I’m having a ball…Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2024I am relocating from Dallas to Atlanta in October, I was recommended to Ten45 Suwanee from a Co-worker who has a family member who lives here. I was giving nothing but great reviews so I couldn't wait to call. When I called, I spoke with Erica I believe, after calling several other Apartment communities in the Gwinnett area. She was so helpful she gave me so much great information about this community, it really made me want to see more. I than booked a trip to Atlanta just to visit the community ...and it was all that and more. And she was very pleasant in person.
