Friendly Staff / Very Cool Building

I just toured the property and from what I experienced the building takes full advantage of its industrial roots and gives off the vibe of a very cool artistic type of atmosphere. The apartments felt just like the urban style lofts they are advertised as (with big windows and lots of light) and all of the community spaces perfectly compliment everything I just described for what I expect will create an overall cool and energetic place to call home. AI answering service you have to get past when calling, once you do reach the actual staff they are super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and quick to answer any questions and concerns. Lastly, the location is fantastic. With easy access to multiple highways, you can easily get to any side of the city easily avoiding traffic, yet you’re still just a couple of blocks walk away from everything. In my opinion, Terminal 21 seems like a really great deal for the price and I really look forward to taking on the spirit of the city from that vantage point.
