July 22, 2024Very stressful living experience, gates were always broken, homeless always digging in the dumpster. I had my car broken into, the front office never responded to emails it got so much worse when new management took over. I just felt unsafe the whole time living there with little to no communication from management.Property Manager Responded

ROACHES
September 11, 2023this place stinks, my wife and I wanted to like it but the roaches are all over building 14 do not live in this one. The dwello hub never worked since we moved in, the gates are always broken and anyone can get in, they closed the mailroom for packages because so many got stolen, now good luck getting a package you have to go through fetch and they stole my Garmin watch. The pool gates are open to anyone ao go ahead in from the side gate just pull the lever up! I pay for this monthly too.. the my ...q gate system never works, office people keep switching and don’t know which darn end is up! Homeless problem at the pool bathroom. Few months back. My garage rent keeps going up and there have been numerous garage break ins. All in all it sucks and you should avoid !Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 13, 2021Terra gave us a unit with broken shower. For the past 3 months, we keep reporting the issue and requesting a fix. Until today, they still didn't complete the bathroom. Extremely inefficient. Would consider breaking the lease.Property Manager Responded

The apartment was given to us in immaculate condition and the check-in was seamless. The staff are genuinely polite and helpful. not quite worth the money
August 23, 2021As far as rent goes, this place used to be one of the cheaper complexes in the city. Unfortunately now it’s not, and frankly it’s not worth what they’re asking for. Dog owners don’t clean up after their pets, the driving and road rage amongst other residents inside the parking lots and on the main road connecting all the complexes around here is INSANE and very dangerous, and maintenance isn’t super quick to respond to requests. The area isn’t super safe; I had my bike rack stolen off of my car ...within 4 months of moving here, and I know I’ve seen other reviews of people having their garages broken into. From what i read on nextdoor, this whole area (bluff springs, onion creek, McKinney heights) isn’t very safe and has a lot of petty theft, but the complex won’t put any kind of security or deterrence measures in place. For most of covid all the amenities were closed but management continued to charge for them. The valet trash was a major pain and they’ve since replaced that company with a new one, who seems okay for now. I’ve had pest issues since living here and I think the new property manager has to seriously consider what actually needs to be done to improve the complex and make the people who live here feel safe. The pros: I do love that it’s so quiet here, and the walking path is really nice, especially in the fall. The apartments are new and the dog park is huge. The kitchen appliances and having a washer and dryer in unit are also a plus of living here. The greenery is something you won’t get in the city too. I think the people who work in the leasing office truly do hear and care about complaints, but nothing seems to come from it. So not sure if this is a Terra problem or a Greystar problem. All in all, I pretty much live here because any other better complex in the city is too expensive, but this place is becoming like those but without the good area and better amenities. Your money could probably be better spent in a safer area, but you could also do a lot worse as far as apartment complexes goProperty Manager Responded
