    I’ve been here a month and it’s a cool place! Good walkability and scoot-ability. The apartments are updated and really nice (no 2024 prices with 1950’s kitchens to deal with). The worst part of living here so far is just trying to get the opportunity to - the leasing office doesn’t have good response time and even if you make an appointment to take a tour, there’s a chance they won’t be in office when you get there. And they RARELY answer the phone. Email is your best bet.

    Terra House is the hidden gem of Nashville. Tucked away on the outskirts of downtown, but within walking distance of the city center, it is surprising peaceful with outstanding city and river views. The sense of security and community is evident, and it is shocking to think you are only steps away from the hustle and bustle of downtown! GREAT place to live!

    Terra House is a lovely community that is in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to an abundance of fun activities, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown to where noise is not an issue. My favorite amenity is the fitness center. My time here has been great so far.

    Terra House has a great community of residents but since new management took over things have gone downhill quick. I would not recommend living here due to continuous safety concerns, a parking garage that requires repair (we cannot park above the 3rd floor), and overall lack of transparency from management.

    Terra house is an amazing place to live. The location is great as it is in walking distance to downtown but also far enough away that it is quiet. The amenities are great and well taken care of. The gym is among the best I have seen for apartment buildings. You get a lot of square footage for the price. The staff and maintenance team are stellar. Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly.

    High front office staff overturn. Hard to get anyone on the phone. Management and front staff seem uncaring, vague, overall unknowing, and don’t ever really offer any resolution or help to serious concerns or issues. Maintenance staff is awesome! Hallways smell like marijuana, loud, partying at all hours.

    I have lived at terra house for a year and i have ZERO complaints! the staff/maintenance is so professional, helpful and nice - the entire building and grounds are so well kept, it’s quiet, clean, i could go on and on. i am so picky when it comes to apartments and where i live but terra house is definitely a 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
