March 4, 2024I’ve been here a month and it’s a cool place! Good walkability and scoot-ability. The apartments are updated and really nice (no 2024 prices with 1950’s kitchens to deal with). The worst part of living here so far is just trying to get the opportunity to - the leasing office doesn’t have good response time and even if you make an appointment to take a tour, there’s a chance they won’t be in office when you get there. There are better managed places
December 1, 2021High front office staff overturn. Hard to get anyone on the phone. Management and front staff seem uncaring, vague, overall unknowing, and don’t ever really offer any resolution or help to serious concerns or issues. Maintenance staff is awesome!
