The walls were paper-thin, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise from neighboring units. The plumbing was a disaster; we experienced frequent water outages and sewage backups that created unbearable odors throughout the building.
Parking was an absolute nightmare. Despite paying exorbitant fees for a designated spot, finding a parking space was a daily struggle. The limited visitor parking spaces were always occupied, and the management showed zero interest in resolving this issue.
