  • POORLY MANAGED APARTMENTS

    Not a good place to live. Terrible office staff, lots of trash in the parking garage. The garage gates have been broke since the day I moved in. The alarm forthe garage often comes on over the weekend and stays on for the weekend. The elevators are always dirty often having dog urine in the elevators. Poor maintence. The visitors parking garage is a parking garage for those who are not visiting, but sleeping in their car.

    I’ve lived here for about 4 years and have seen all the ups and downs. I can honestly say that I have seen a major improvement since the new management company took over last year! The office staff and maintenance teams are amazing and incredibly sweet and helpful. They enforce towing on the property, added additional visitor parking spaces, and make it so easy for visitors to register their vehicles. They keep us up to date with every project happening on the property. They recently added a dog ...

    I can confidently say that my experience at Terra Lago was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Everything about this place was beyond disappointing and I strongly advise anyone considering living here to run in the opposite direction. Let's start with the management team. They were consistently unresponsive, incompetent, and seemed completely indifferent to the needs of the residents. Maintenance requests would often go unanswered for weeks, leaving us to live with broken appliances and ...
    leaking pipes. Their lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was truly appalling. Now, let's move on to the living conditions. The so-called "luxury" apartments were anything but luxurious. The walls were paper-thin, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise from neighboring units. The plumbing was a disaster; we experienced frequent water outages and sewage backups that created unbearable odors throughout the building. Parking was an absolute nightmare. Despite paying exorbitant fees for a designated spot, finding a parking space was a daily struggle. The limited visitor parking spaces were always occupied, and the management showed zero interest in resolving this issue. The amenities promised were a complete joke. The fitness center was poorly maintained, with broken equipment that was never repaired. The supposedly sparkling pool was often dirty and overcrowded, making it impossible to enjoy. The common areas were neglected and unkempt, giving the whole complex a neglected and rundown appearance. Safety and security were major concerns. The complex lacked proper lighting in many areas, making it feel unsafe to walk around at night. The security gates were frequently malfunctioning, leaving the complex vulnerable to outsiders. Several instances of theft and vandalism went unresolved, further highlighting the lack of security measures in place. To add insult to injury, rent prices were exorbitant for the subpar living conditions and lackluster management. It felt like a constant battle just to get the basic services we were paying for. In conclusion, Terra Lago was an absolute nightmare. From the unresponsive management to the poor living conditions and lack of security, this place was a complete disaster. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment and find a better place to call home. You deserve better than what this apartment complex has to offer.

  • Not a good place to live

    Terrible staff, dirty parking garage, broken parking garage door during my entire duration of the lease. Cars constantly being broken into. Also, not to mention fire alarm goes off quite frequently, not just during scheduled time by apartment complex.

  • Good place to be Terra Lago

    Large community tucked in a quiet residential area on the Lake! Lots of good neighbors to meet! New Management changes have helped improve things around the community! Office and Maintenance Team take good care of you and are very responsive to communication. Lots of walking trail opportunity on the water for an early weekend stroll! There’s a boutique Mexican restaurant right across the street that I frequent often. Terra Lago is a good place to be!
