July 5, 2017You pay for what you get is what I'd say to those who say it is pricey. Apartments all along front range have seen rates rising- its all about supply and demand- Location! The proximity to I-25, new shops, medical services and restaurants, schools, safe biking and fields for kids and pets all make this location ideal. Great clubhouse, well equipped gym- pool table and TV's with beer on tap (regulated fairly). Staff is competent and friendly, especially to pets. My apartment had a really nice ...layout- appliances all functional and new. June 2, 2016I lived at Terra Vida for nearly 2 years. The apartments and amenities are great and they do a decentish job of maintaining them. If anything goes awry, Terra Vida management will do everything possible to maximize the cost and inconvenience of resolving the issue. They charge all kinds of fees, some of which aren't legit. Even if you talk to them and make an agreement with them for when you can, say give them photos of your pet, they still charge you for being out compliance with your lease. ...When I moved out, my apartment was spotless, so they couldn't deduct anything from my deposit for maintenance, but somehow the utility costs were 4x higher than they'd ever been during the time I lived there; which, of course, took a huge chunk of my deposit.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great apartment, high price
July 27, 2015Since I moved-in in 2014, the staff/management has improved a lot. Whenever we have an issue with plumbing or appliances, maintenance shows up (even on Xmas eve). Rent is very pricy but you have to keep in mind what it includes: an amazing, fully equipped gym, resort-like pool, and a high end feel within your apartment.
