Great place!
August 30, 2022Great apartment complex and fair price! Neighbors are very quiet and unit is fully renovated! I was actually very surprised that the management upgraded my entire unit with brand new appliances and flooring, and they painted it all. I don't understand why some of the reviews are so negative. Actually most of them are from years ago when the management was different. I have nothing but positive things to say about Terra Villa. Giving 5 stars!Property Manager Responded

No, not safe
April 3, 2022I lived in that apartment pre-covid. But i went there to see friends after I left. To be honest the city of Phoenix should have shut down this property as it is not safe for living!!! No AC, prostitution, bad smell, central AC too noisy, Rat and roachs, water leaking everwhere and ditches on the driveway/street. I am not going to live here for freeReview from Apartments.com
No A/C No Hot Water, no working oven
September 14, 2020I lived in two separate apartments in this complex. Neither had working AC or hot/cold running water. One apartment was always scalding hot and the next didn't have hot water at all. Imagine showering like this everyday. My first unit didn't even have a working stove the entire time I lived there even though I complained about it many times. The maintenance guy literally told me I had to light it with a lighter underneath which resulted in it blowing up in my face. Luckily I only lost half my ...eyelashes and eyebrows. They never offered to reduce my rent, return my deposit, or fix the problem. They are lazy, incompetent, and unorganized. I still live here. Let me know if you know of any better complexes I could move into. I hate it here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
