    Terra Vista Apartments use sneaky, predatory tactics to keep your deposit. The rent is overpriced, and management is only nice when you are signing the lease. After that, they are unresponsive and dismissive. I lived there for 10 years, paid for professional cleaning, and they still charged me a cleaning fee with constantly changing excuses. The manager Susan was unprofessional and unreasonable. Do not expect any refund. Terrible management and awful customer service, especially when moving out.

    BEWARE! Horrible place to live. The leasing office will not stop people from being loud, screaming at the top of their lungs. My car has been vandalized multiple times. The mailboxes have been broken into. It is an unsafe area to live. The night service managers do nothing to stop the noise. When I moved into my apartment, it was completely filthy.     This place is too expensive and not worth it for such a tiny apartment When I first moved in there were roaches everywhere and trash everywhere by the dumpsters The property is poorly taken care of for the price you pay Lewis Management Corp is a money hungry they didn’t care that they were evicting a single mother and her son during Christmas time Wish I would have never lived here

    There are quite a number of families with very young children. Sometimes parents will allow the children to play near the carport areas. I wish there were signs or something posted to encourage parents not to do this. This is a huge safety issue. I've seen many children zip through the parking lot on scooters, skates etc narrowly missing cars that are backing out of their carport. I fear one day a child will really get hurt.

    I recently moved to Rancho Cucamonga in late May and love the area - close to shopping, schools, hiking trails, etc. The town home at Mountview that I currently live seemed in excellent shape, but after my first few weeks I have had a broken dishwasher, broken washing machine, clogged shower, a front door that wouldn't open, a back sliding door that wouldn't lock, ants in the upstairs bedroom, and a broken mailbox lock. Although all problems eventually got fixed (some only partially fixed) I have ...
    had to make multiple requests for someone to come out on multiple occasions. In my opinion, with more problems than the amount of weeks I've lived here, this place has been more of a headache than a place to call home.

    I love my townhouse. It is perfect for what I need. I have twins and for me it is convenient that I don't have to worry about yelling at them to be quit for people below me.     Since day one the staff at mountain view apartments have been very helpful. The facility is very clean and quiet. Nice neighbors. 24/7 security. If I had a maintenance problem the staff were right on top of it to correct asap. Just resigned my lease for another year. Very happy at mountain view apartments.
