February 19, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comTerra Vista Apartments use sneaky, predatory tactics to keep your deposit. The rent is overpriced, and management is only nice when you are signing the lease. After that, they are unresponsive and dismissive. I lived there for 10 years, paid for professional cleaning, and they still charged me a cleaning fee with constantly changing excuses. The manager Susan was unprofessional and unreasonable. Do not expect any refund. Terrible management and awful customer service, especially when moving out.Property Manager Responded

My car has been vandalized multiple times. The mailboxes have been broken into. It is an unsafe area to live. The night service managers do nothing to stop the noise. When I moved into my apartment, it was completely filthy. The managers of this property will lie and tell you everything is wonderful. Please look elsewhere to live. October 1, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThere are quite a number of families with very young children. Sometimes parents will allow the children to play near the carport areas. I wish there were signs or something posted to encourage parents not to do this. This is a huge safety issue. I've seen many children zip through the parking lot on scooters, skates etc narrowly missing cars that are backing out of their carport. I fear one day a child will really get hurt.

August 14, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comI recently moved to Rancho Cucamonga in late May and love the area - close to shopping, schools, hiking trails, etc. The town home at Mountview that I currently live seemed in excellent shape, but after my first few weeks I have had a broken dishwasher, broken washing machine, clogged shower, a front door that wouldn't open, a back sliding door that wouldn't lock, ants in the upstairs bedroom, and a broken mailbox lock. Although all problems eventually got fixed (some only partially fixed) I have ...had to make multiple requests for someone to come out on multiple occasions. In my opinion, with more problems than the amount of weeks I've lived here, this place has been more of a headache than a place to call home.Read More

July 27, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comThe community is very nice,close to school and grocery store. The maintenance guy name rob,he's super. He fixed perfect. The pool chairs and laundry room need makeover,even the air conditioner is not working there.

August 19, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comMy apartment complex is great and they are making a lot of improvements everyday. Full outside painting going on. Reroofing a lot of the buildings. And removing any Detroit and making appropriate repairs. The staff is great.

I have twins and for me it is convenient that I don't have to worry about yelling at them to be quit for people below me. It's like it was in my house. I have a small yard too which is nice. Staff here has been great too, very friendly. And so far I like my neighbors

July 29, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comSince day one the staff at mountain view apartments have been very helpful. The facility is very clean and quiet. Nice neighbors. 24/7 security. If I had a maintenance problem the staff were right on top of it to correct asap. Just resigned my lease for another year. Very happy at mountain view apartments.
