        I’ve lived in about 7 different apartments and communities and have never had a worse living experience for the amount of money I pay than living here at Terra Vista.

      • No amenities - no effort

        March 20, 2025
        Take it from a current tenant - do not move here unless you enjoy having zero amenities and driving 15 minutes to the post office because Terra Vista can’t finish any construction. Apartments are good, but there is minimal effort to open the pool, clubhouse, gym, and mailboxes. I would not suggest moving here for the next year until they put in the effort and complete the complex.
