When we first moved it Terrabrook was peaceful and calm. The maintenance team was very helpful.
Now that the complex is filled up there is a lot of noise, not much parking, and kind of chaotic.
The maintenance team does not communicate and management doesn’t seem organized. The price from the townhomes are overpriced for what you get. The water bill is outrageous and no one seems to acknowledge it in management.
