This place turned into hell

I am a current resident. They closed one of their parking spots in mid November 2023 due to building repair. It is almost impossible to find a parking spot since then and you have to deal with this situation on a daily basis. We were notified that works were going to take 2 months and it has been two months now already and they are not even 10% into what they planned to do. They have a crew of 2 to 3 people working on the repair. Instead of bringing a bigger crew to get the job done in a short ...

I feel fortunate to call this place home! It has exceeded my expectations! The price, quality, and location can’t be beat! It has everything I want (e.g., pool, balcony, updated laundry facility, and workout room). The property manger (Marie) is also a major asset. She makes you feel right at home and does whatever she can to make the move in process smooth! I absolutely love it here!

This apartment is just the right size and conveniently located. Also, did I mention the view is amazing. After apartment searching for months, I moved into the Terrace Apartments August of 2020. The main factor in deciding to go with these apartments over many others was the property manager, Marie. She is amazing and her communication is second to none. This has been the best apartment I have ever been in. It has amazing views of the city and sunset. The location is close to downtown but still away from the chaos of the city, with olenty of parking. Neighbors are friendly. Marie, the property manager, is super sweet, helpful and very considerate. She made the transition for me to this apartment smooth. Also, she makes sure any issue is addressed as soon as possible. I am happy to be part of this apartment community.

Apartments are nice and cozy, very good for the price. The views are astounding. I didn’t give them much considering when looking at the place, but ever since living here, I found that it is an amazing asset. My experience with Terrace Apartments crossed all my expectations. Especially with my previous bad experiences with other renting companies. These apartments are absolutely stunning! The view is breathtaking! It's quiet - walls made from bricks, so you don't need to worry about your neighbor waking you up in the middle of the night! It's walking distance to Five points (7 min) and UAB (15-20min). BUT, this place wouldn't be the same without Marie, who is a property manager. She is very kind and ...

I have been here for 2 years and this is a great place. Close by to UAB, Regions Field ,a short drive to Legions Field. great places to eat near by. If you need medical care that too is close .They just adding new laundry machines. In the summer the pool is always clean. New outside lights have been added this summer.All in all you can't find a nicer place. Marie and Ruben are at your service, both are very friendly to talk to.

I love these apartments!! I lived in a studio and had the best views night after night. Marie, the manager, was always quick to text back whenever their was an issue. She even set up a local band to perform in the parking during the pandemic, which was Such a treat after such a long quarantine.
