The staff is always great if you have any issues they are super fast and reliable! They are also super friendly and w love that they offer games and prizes too! Summer is great having two pools to enjoy, too! We love to sit out in our deck and watch everyone with the pups! We love dogs so it’s so fun seeing all the different breeds that are allowed here! The dog park is also great! We don’t ...use it often but I love seeing all of the playful pups daily! They also offer social gatherings often and do games, food and drink for all residents as well!! If you’re looking for a great place, that is close to literally everything this is it! That is also a huge bonus is location! Our lease doesn’t end for a few more months, but this spot is definitely at the top of our list when we’re ready to move. The staff member who showed us around was extremely kind and informative, she took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole experience feel very welcoming. The community is very welcoming and the leasing office has been available to me 100% of the time even after I moved in. It’s quiet and very welcoming. September 18, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comPros: • There are two pools and two gyms for residents to use. • Community areas are nice with coffee machines. • Sufficient parking spaces are available. • Residents generally abide by quiet hours (however you'll have people in load vehicles that try to wake everyone up around 7am). Cons: • Rent increases at a rate higher than average annual increase in salary (on average ~7% increase in rent every year). •Public computers aren't maintained so are extremely slow if you need them for anything. ...• Some units have no overhead lighting provided.
