Great apartments!
January 14, 2026I’ve lived at terrace Greene for about a year and we love it here! They do multiple free community events throughout the year! They also have food trucks come periodically. The pools and gyms are also always well kept. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and the ladies at the leasing office are very friendly!Property Manager Responded

Best place to live
May 22, 2025Terrace Greene apartments is a wonderful place to live. I’m a current resident and I feel safe everyone watches out for each other. The homes are spacious. This place has something for everyone. Apartment living at its best!!!
May 22, 2025We have been residents here at Terrsce Greene for going on 6 years and have truly enjoyed being here! The staff is always great if you have any issues they are super fast and reliable! They are also super friendly and w love that they offer games and prizes too! Summer is great having two pools to enjoy, too! We love to sit out in our deck and watch everyone with the pups! We love dogs so it’s so fun seeing all the different breeds that are allowed here! The dog park is also great! We don’t ...use it often but I love seeing all of the playful pups daily! They also offer social gatherings often and do games, food and drink for all residents as well!! If you’re looking for a great place, that is close to literally everything this is it! That is also a huge bonus is location! They staff has always been top notch and will make sure your taken care of asap!Property Manager Responded

Incredible Customer Service
May 14, 2025I had the chance to tour this community recently with my family, and we were really impressed by how well-kept and beautiful the whole place was. Our lease doesn’t end for a few more months, but this spot is definitely at the top of our list when we’re ready to move. The staff member who showed us around was extremely kind and informative, she took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole experience feel very welcoming. March 28, 2025I recently moved in with my daughter, and I have to say this is the best place I have lived. The community is very welcoming and the leasing office has been available to me 100% of the time even after I moved in. It’s quiet and very welcoming. Decent Place
September 18, 2024Pros: • There are two pools and two gyms for residents to use. • Community areas are nice with coffee machines. • Sufficient parking spaces are available. • Residents generally abide by quiet hours (however you'll have people in load vehicles that try to wake everyone up around 7am). Cons: • Rent increases at a rate higher than average annual increase in salary (on average ~7% increase in rent every year). •Public computers aren't maintained so are extremely slow if you need them for anything. ...• Some units have no overhead lighting provided. Be prepared to bring lamps or buy your own overhead light and have them install it.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful and Comfortable
August 16, 2024I love living at Terrace Green apt homes. Not only are the grounds beautiful and well kept. It’s peaceful, I’ve have met many friendly people even my dog has made friends at the nice dog park. Staff is very friendly and caring, they have special events to bring people together.
