I lived here at 301 Maple avenue in the '80s.. I am now in my fifties and would love nothing more than to come back to the place where I started my family with my first child who is grown now but I just love the property at terrace view

I just moved in, on August 1st. Already having bad experiences. The complex community it's self looks run down and the parking is a nuisance. It's narrow, dangerous while backing out because some people drive as if they were filming fast and furious. The materials used to make these apartments must be very cheap. The floor was dirty when we moved in. The top lock doesn't seem to work. The bathroom is very small. And the toilet takes forever to work! Worst of all, we put a few items on the balcony ...
and there is a sanctuary of pigeon poop all over it. The smell is terrible. The sanctuary was made into a pigeon nest as well. So now, there are babies. Do not get me wrong, I'm not for killing animals. But a heads up before moving in would have been nice. Or at least some effort in clean up. My family and I are even a bit disgusted turning on the AC because of all the bird poop around it. Barely a week here, new to the community and we are definetely looking forward for the year to pass quickly to NOT renew the lease!

I am a current tenant and have many complaints regarding this place. There are children screaming at all hours of the night that run behind your car while you try and park..not to mention incredibly noisy neighbors. Last winter it snowed about 20 inches. I had to miss several days of work because management did not plow the parking lot until about 5 days later (this is including the weekend it snowed). The first year I moved in, I was welcomed with the nice surprise that someone busted my ...
headlight while shoveling their car..of course there are no cameras and no note was left.
There are also a few people who rent out the garages and run businesses through them (like selling car parts). So, when you are coming home from work, expect them to stare you down as if you are inconveniencing them as they block the already narrow driveway you are trying to squeeze through. Although the rent is cheap, I don't think I'll be spending another year here. It is barely worth it.

Apartment is descent size for rent. Tenants above is extremely noisy especially at night, complained to super and nothing happen. Their are always kids running around and I caught some of them climbing on my car. Again complaint and Nothing happen. Rent is fine but the headache isn't worth it.
